If you are having a problem downloading a photo pack, I can send you the zip file directly to your email once I have verified your purchase.
Please send an email to Sherry’s Camera and put “Download Problem” or “Digital Photo Packs” in the subject line. I will research the issue based on your email details and get back to you as soon as possible. You can include a contact number if you prefer and I will follow up with a call.
